Telqua Log Homes designed this resort as a preliminary concept for a company examining the feasibility of a resort complex on a lake shore with a boardwalk feature.

This resort has yet to be developed but it shows the potential of what can be accomplished by our design team using state of the art technologies.

The concept shown here features a main lodge with restaurant and reception with 40 chalet style, interconnected, vacation units. Every unit features it's own unobstructed view, open loft plan, and private entries.

Telqua Log Homes has the staff and skill to take any development idea and create a viable presentation package. Working drawings can easily be created from the 3D model to obtain development permits and blueprints for local building department submissions.

We also work with registered Architects and Engineers where required to facilitate production of your development.
