Our commitment to Quality at Telqua Log Homes is seen in every aspect of the work we do and our milled product is no exception.

Using state of the art computer technology, we are able to convert any log home design to a precision cut list. The accuracy of the list is 100%, but we don't stop there! We stack the machined logs and rebuild the home on site!

Before our clients ever see the home every piece is inspected in its rightful place for both quality and fit.

When you buy a quality milled home from Telqua Log Homes there are no surprises, we eliminate problems before they arise, giving clients peace of mind throughout the home building process.

What can I expect from a machine built log shell produced by Telqua Log Homes?

  • A round type corner notch which creates a weather tight seal as well as provides a natural look when finished.
  • Dead standing dry spruce log walls, skip peeled, then ground and buffed for a smooth sanded finish, ready to accept a stain or coating.
  • 12” Mean diameter milled logs with a round cope are standard, however, more options will be made available.
  • Log beam, truss and joist work as per specifications on your locally engineered log home plans.
  • TPI Grade Stamped premium logs as per TPI grading rules which can be viewed here.
  • All interior log stair sets and railing work.
  • All through bolts, plates or pins that may be required to reconstruct the home.
  • Gasket seal that fits in the log cope.

What will I need on my end to re-erect the log shell ?

  • Shipping from 100 Mile House is arranged by Telqua Log Homes and paid for by the client upon delivery.
  • You will need to rent a crane for the duration of the home set up. The length of time you will need the crane will be determined by the size and complexity of the home. It is a good idea to plan for at least 2 days on a 1400 square foot home.
  • Telqua Log homes includes a supervisor with every home set up and recommends you have at least 5 helpers available to assist with the re-erection.
  • Good friends, family, and a camera with lots of film. The reconstruction of your dream log home is an incredible and memorable experience that you will want to share.
